April 27, 2023 – As part of Taguig City’s Lake Seeding Program (Communal Fingerlings Dispersal) and in celebration of Taguig City’s 437th Founding Anniversary, the BFAR-NCR through its Regional Fisheries Production Section (FPS) provided tilapia fingerlings to Taguig City’s Agriculture Office and joined the dispersal activity in Laguna De Bay Taguig Area.
Present in the activity were Taguig City Vice Mayor Arvin Ian V. Alit, City Agriculture Officer Ms. Amelita P. Solis and CAO Staff, LRMO Head Mr. Homer Cipriano, 12 BFARMC Presidents, and representatives, and BFAR-NCR Personnel led by Mr. Errol P. Tiburcio, Focal Person for Regional Fisheries Production Concerns and Mr. Benster B. Candelaria, Project Leader of Taguig Agro-Industrial Hub Project. # (MRA)
